Month Of Coordinating Package

This package is for couples that have planned all the details for their wedding and just want someone to make sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

Full Event Coordinating Package

It takes a team of specialists and a lot of time to coordinate all the vendors, sites, and other details needed to pull off the most important day of your life. This package is for couples who are excited and ready to plan their wedding but are overwhelmed about where to start. Let a professional event coordinator take you through every step of the process and attend to all the planning details for you.

Hourly Event Consultation

If you are planning your wedding yourself, but need some ideas and advice we are here to help. We will answer any questions you have and give you insider tips. This is a consultation service only.

RSVP Management

Maintaining your guest count can be very daunting at times. We will receive all of your RSVPs either by mail or phone and keep track of each guests' attendance, meal selection, travel needs, accommodations and special requests. This service can be added to any package.

Timeline Management

We feel each service provider and participating member of your bridal party, should know as much as possible about your wedding day. We will develop an event timeline with all the important details based on the services you have arranged for to ensure that everything is perfect just as you have planned.

Destination Event Coordination

We can create a truly unique wedding anywhere in the world. With our in-house travel planning services we can provide all the necessary details for your destination wedding.
